Helicopter Hire
Just about the coolest honeymoon departure you can make has to
be by helicopter. Helicopters are widely available for hire
running regularly from Battersea Heliport to Heathrow and
Gatwick.
There is also a Heathrow to Gatwick shuffle.
They are fast but be aware thet they are also pretty noisy
although you do get a brilliant view of the countryside.
Goodwood House is known to shuttle guests from Heathrow with
landing most frequently just down the road at Goodwood Circuit
rather than into Goodwood Park.
If you happen to be honeymooning in Monaco, which can be
arranged during the Monaco Formual 1 Grand Prix week through operators
such as Page & Moy, there is a shuttle from Nice Airport to the
Monaco helipad and the views over the Mediterranean as you fly
along the coast are absolutely spectacular.
